James R. from San Diego, CA, sent us this photo shot in the Whaley House Museum theater during sdGH's November 21, 2009 Paranormal Investigation Tour. He gives us this background: "I came across this pic, one of the first ones we took, when we had headed upstairs while everyone else was still gathering their ghost hunting tools or waiting downstairs. We were the only two people upstairs at this time. When I flipped through this picture, it gave me chills."

Carlos presents this awesome picture taken as he stood next to the Star of India Maritime Museum in San Diego, California. It was the night of his high school graduation. Can you see a face in this spooky wisp?

Pete sent this photo taken at the Campo Santo Cemetery in Old Town, San Diego. He had his camera's night vision on. The bottom photo shows what looks like a cloaked woman. What weird pictures!

From National City, California: 'My sister-in-law took this picture a couple of years ago in her kid's room. It is now my room. I live in National City in what is said to be its first school house. Some people who have stayed here say they hear my voice along with children's voices laughing.  It doesn't scare me although there are times that I get a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach."

Pete and Shelly from San Diego capture a vivid spectral wisp floating mid-air within Hitler's WWII retreat, the 'Eagle's Nest', while touring the Village of Oberzalberg, on the German-Austrian border. And no, it's not tobacco smoke. Smoking is not allowed in this historic landmark. Desiring to photograph the premium craftsmanship within the building for future reference, Shelly was initially irritated to have seen this anomaly cover the woodwork...until it was determined to be possibly paranormal.

While waiting for dinner to be served, Heather takes a picture of her father, Jerry, at Long Beach, California's Queen Mary historic ship Promenade Cafe. Taken during GhostFest Expo III on January 24, 2009, is it a past passenger or ship employee that can be seen over Jerry's right shoulder? The photo was immediately reviewed and no person who matched the ghostly image was present.

Carrie captured what looks like an apparition in the master bedroom of The Whaley House Museum. Quite a spooky photo!

Here is one ranking high on the Creepy Scale! Veronica from San Diego, California says, "We lived in a house for three plus years and had many paranormal experiences. There were cold spots, dark shadows, the feeling of being watched, unexplained noises and strange smells. I did some research on the property but didn't find much.

Gino sends in what looks like an apparition. Maybe an older woman looking out the window?

Brett from San Diego, California, visited and shot this photo in San Diego Old Town's Whaley House: "It has a mid aged lady and an older man which appear to be in the back yard with the lady looking in through the window. The man is seen tending to the ground on his hands and knees while the woman is standing next to him."

Sandy sends us an image with a possible apparition. Possibly a one-time cheerleader wannabe who didn't make the team?

Jenn from San Diego, California, sends this series of two consecutive images shot with an IR camera filter in the Santo Campo Cemetery in historic Old Town, San Diego. The first photo shows an anomalous shadow figure near the left side grave marker. The second image displays no figure. Jenn says she did not see the shadow while shooting, but discovered it during review.

Kristi felt a presence and snapped a shot behind her. One heck of a creepy face!

Vivian and daughter toured the Whaley House in Old Town San Diego, California, and sent in these two images: "In September of 2008, I toured the house in the evening with my daughter.  Two of the digital photos surprised me because I am not a believer of ghosts in the traditional sense.  One taken in the dining room appeared blurry to me at first but upon enlargement, it clearly shows a figure in a dress near the door.  The second photo was even more disturbing and interesting.  My daughter posed in front of the Whaley's bedroom and in the back by the chest was a clear, smiling face, almost maniacal, with a green glow."

Michelle may have had a very special visit from her father who passed away two months prior to this picture.

Jamie took a picture of the costumed "woman in black" at the Whaley House in San Diego, California. An orb looks like a face of a little boy and what looks like a man's side profile at the top left of the little boy's face.

Julia did a great job with the above series of photos taken at a secret location. Can you can see a skull with the mouth open with teeth, faces and bodies that look like Indians throughout the above photo?

April sent in this incredible picture taken in San Diego's historic Old Town area.

Tracy reports in with the above photo: "We were next to a cemetery at sunset and had been taking pictures of the sky when we noticed as it got later, the pictures began having weird things in them, so we kept taking pictures for the fun of it."

Queen Mary historic ship enviro noise and "I was the one": Long Beach, California [ evp | real time | unknown ] Independent and long-time Queen Mary investigator, Jerry Reynolds, captures a fascinating recording while assisting Pat Wheelock during a late night-ealy morning Queen Mary Paranormal Investigation Tour. As the tour group conducts an EVP session in the ship's forward cargo hold, what sounds like footsteps are heard on the deck above. Jerry departs the group and proceeds upward to locate a possible source. While all sit quiet, echoed banging is heard in this completely isolated and locked-off portion of the ship. Jerry's captures the banging noise from one deck above the tour group, Wheelock's inquiry as to the sound's source, and the possible EVP of a female claiming credit: "I was the one."

Queen Mary historic ship "None": Long Beach, California [ evp | real time | unknown ] Recorded by independent and long-time Queen Mary investigator, Jerry Reynolds, this EVP was captured as Jerry and a guest are investigating an area toward the front cargo hold not usually open to the public. The two are talking about why people visit the Queen Mary and some of the ghostly phenomena that is experienced. Apparently, there might be an entity near, joining in on the conversation. A deep voice is heard barking "none", either mimicking or confirming Jerry's spoken "none" at the 13 second mark.
