Phoenix House Arizona
Story This is, by far, one of the spookiest places we have ever been in. On our first visit, when we walked in, the atmosphere was so heavy and oppressive, it was difficult for us to breathe. We felt as if we were "rooted" to the floor, and were unable to step forward. We could feel the atmosphere moving around us. We encountered the presence of a very powerful male spirit, and then asked for him to make a sound. It was quiet for a moment, and then we heard a loud, crashing sound coming from the master bedroom, with loud footsteps coming towards us. We could hear mumbling sounds and things being moved around. The male presence was extremely strong and very threatening, as we walked around the house, taking pictures and getting EVPs. (We will be posting several EVPSs - one of them which is an older male voice, and he asks, by name, for the owner's son.) We also encountered a female presence that was pacing near the back door. She seemed to be very upset. We sensed that we were unwelcome, and decided it would be best to plan another visit for the near future. Note: The owners of the house had vacated months before, and there were only a few items left on the floor.
